1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of fliplabs.us and the Flip Labs education program and software platform, operated by FLIP LAB LLC, 148 1/2 E Bay St, Charleston, SC 29401. Contact: admin@fliplabs.us · (760) 420-4980.
2. Education only — no guarantees
Flip Labs provides education, tools, and software for residential real-estate operators. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or investment advice, and nothing is a guarantee of income, funding, or results. Real-estate investing involves risk, including loss of capital. You are responsible for your own decisions.
3. Applications and accounts
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. If you receive an account, keep your credentials private — you are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other members.
4. SMS program terms
By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive marketing and informational text messages from FLIP LAB LLC at the number you provided.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase or acceptance.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email admin@fliplabs.us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers and consent are handled — they are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
- The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18.
5. Intellectual property
Course materials, software, and site content belong to FLIP LAB LLC or its licensors. Personal, non-transferable use only; no redistribution or resale of program materials.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLIP LAB LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
